I’m so glad you’re here!

Robbie Leigh

As a Certified Professional Coach and member of the International Coaching Federation, I specialize in helping introverts and highly sensitives move from overwhelmed to empowered so they can step out of the shadows and bring their dreams to reality with courage and confidence.

I’m an introvert and highly sensitive persion (HSP).

For most of my life, I thought I was broken, that there was something wrong with me. I constantly felt exhausted, anxious, and not enough. Now I’ve learned that if I give my system what it needs, my sensitivity is my superpower.

Some of my HSP superpowers include: listening deeply to what you say (and what you don’t), knowing instantly when something is “off”, creating a safe place for you to come as you are, and knowing deep in my bones that you are capable of creating a meaningful, joy-filled life for yourself.

I’m a queer woman.

I’ve been getting subtle and not-so-subtle messages my whole life from society, media, religion, and family about how I “should” look, who I “should” love, what I “should” believe, and how I “should” behave.

I’ve spent my life examining those shoulds, learning to cultivate and listen to my own inner guidance, and carving out a path that honors my truth. Now I help others do the same.

I’m an Empowerment Coach.

With a background in Human Resources and Training and Development, I’ve been helping people reach for their potential for over 20 years. I’m fascinated by what makes people tick and how we can be true to ourselves.

As a Certified Professional Coach, I have the tools to help you:

  • get clear about your goals

  • connect with your inner wisdom

  • challenge mindsets getting in your way

  • grow self compassion

  • build confidence

  • own your power

The process of working with Robbie always feels like a partnership.

She respects me enough to trust my role in discovering answers for myself but also deftly poses challenging open-ended questions when she senses I am stuck. She is an excellent active listener who consistently acknowledges and validates the issues I present to her; she picks up on nuances of the conversation that lead to digging deeper into the issue at hand. Robbie has such a warm and positive spirit and creates a very safe environment to discuss delicate issues. Her kind nature is equally matched with her high intellectual and emotional intelligence. My work with Coach Robbie is not only transformative but also great fun.

More about Robbie

  • I still am (as our tuxedo twins Winnie and Finn can attest to). But our dog, Maggie Grace, has definitely stolen my heart.

  • I started reading when I was three and haven’t stopped. I consume fiction and non-fiction with wild abandon.

  • Before you judge me, I was an only child and we lived in the woods. I made friends with lots of things. I had a pet rock that I carried around, and I announced out loud when I was getting close to my room so that my stuffed animals had time to get back into place (like Toy Story).

  • I can spend hours in the bath, my best ideas happen in the shower, and my dream home has a private lake that I can swim in daily. It’s possible that I’ve gone on a nighttime skinny dipping adventure or two.

  • Love is love.

    Black lives matter.

    Compassion is key.

    Gender isn’t binary.

    No person is illegal.

    Knowledge is power.

    Climate change is real.

    Representation matters.

    Diversity makes us stronger.

    Workers deserve a living wage.

    Women’s rights are human rights.
